Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro
I think Kazuo Ishiguro is a really good writer, but I was a little distracted by the similarities between this novel and that movie The Island and Jodi Picoult's book My Sister's Keeper. It's a lot more subtle than both of those, and I probably missed some good stuff, but I liked it pretty well anyway. Don't know if I'll remember it, but I liked it.
