The Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan

I finally got around to reading the fourth novel in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. It was entertaining and exciting like all the others. I have a home school project percolating in my brain that will require the kids to research all of the mythological characters and creatures mentioned in these books. Then I won't have to.

  1. I bought the 4th and 5th yesterday cuz Ian finished number 3. I couldn't believe how addicted Ian was to reading it! He NEVER wants to read. These books have been really good for him. And you know...He didn't really get into them until I gave him a deadline to finish the 2nd one that he'd been reading forever in only a few days. He didn't like having to read for hours, but then when he was finished, he came upstairs in search of the 3rd. (After having read so much for 3 days straight!) Very unlike Ian.
